At Impact Express we will automatically book a collection for your shipment and give you a one hour window slot for collection. However if you cannot wait, or are already in town, you can drop your item to a ‘DHL Service Point’ when using the express service with IE. If you would like to drop the shipment, please send us a quick email at email@example.com to advise us of your intention.

Before you drop off
Before you drop at your chosen location, make your booking online at Impact Express, complete payment and print your DHL labels. Attach the first DHL label to the package, keep the ‘Archive Label’ separate to hand over with the parcel.
If you are sending any non document items to a country outside of the EU you must print a ‘Customs Invoice‘, this can be printed by going to the menu, selecting ‘View booking requests’, click print on the correct shipment and ‘print invoice‘. You can also reprint your ‘labels’ in this section. Hand over the ‘Customs Invoice‘ with the ‘Archive Label’ when you drop off.
The view booking requests updates every day so please print the labels when you make the booking, we can always email you the labels and invoices if you forget!
